Meeting Calendar
 The Board meets every other Tuesday at 7:00 PM (Eastern). Meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted, and public comment is welcomed at the end of each meeting.

Stakeholder meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at 11:00 AM (Eastern) (No meetings in July & August). These meetings are open to the public, and all are encouraged to attend. Stakeholder meetings are also recorded and shared on our unlisted YouTube channel, meaning they are not searchable on YouTube but can be accessed using the links here on our website.

Steering Committee meetings are held on an as-needed basis as data becomes available. Steering Committee members are welcome and encouraged to attend Board and Stakeholder meetings.

Working Committee meetings are typically closed to the public. However, if you are interested in joining a committee, please email us at [email protected] to get involved.

Volunteer meetings, depending on your area of involvement, are held on an as-needed basis. Upcoming volunteer meetings will be highlighted here, and email notifications will be sent.   If you are unable to attend your designated meeting, the Volunteer meetings will be recorded and shared on our unlisted YouTube channel, meaning they are not searchable on YouTube but can be accessed using the links on our website.  If you are interested in volunteering, please complete our volunteer form to get involved.​

Volunteer Training Recordings Now Available


​We’re excited to share recordings from our recent Outreach Volunteer Training and Lake Monitoring Volunteer Training sessions—both key to advancing water quality efforts across the Marble–Coldwater lake chain.

Outreach Volunteer Training
This session introduces our watershed management plan and the critical role volunteers play in educating residents, building trust, and collecting community input. Outreach focuses on important stewardship topics like water quality protection, septic system awareness, and riparian best practices.

With less than 200 surveys completed out of over 2,000 properties, we need volunteers to help expand outreach, connect with neighbors, and encourage participation.

Lake Monitoring Volunteer Training
This session covers hands-on opportunities to support water quality monitoring, including Secchi (water clarity), Exotic Aquatic Plant Watch, and Score the Shore shoreline surveys.

​Our immediate goal is to recruit 40 volunteers to complete shoreline assessments by August 15, providing essential data to guide future lake management and funding efforts.
